Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly — name, phone, email, identification documents for doctor verification — and information generated during your use of the platform, such as consultation records, messages and files.
How we use information
Your data powers the platform: verifying physicians, routing consultations, storing prescriptions, billing, and producing the audit logs required by healthcare regulations. We never sell your data.
Who we share with
Treating physicians see only the information relevant to your consultation. Service providers (hosting, payment, SMS) access data strictly to provide their service to us. We disclose data to authorities only when legally required.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time. Write to privacy@dawini.pro.
Retention
Medical records are retained for the period required by Algerian healthcare regulations. Account data is deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request, except where the law requires longer retention.
