These terms govern your use of DAWINI. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
DAWINI is a platform connecting patients with KYC-verified physicians for chat, audio and video consultations. We facilitate the consultation; medical decisions remain the physician's professional responsibility.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to register an adult account. Minors may use DAWINI through a parent or legal guardian's account.
Acceptable use
Don't impersonate others, abuse physicians or staff, or attempt to circumvent platform security. Violations may result in account suspension.
Billing & refunds
Consultation fees are set by the physician and shown before confirmation. Refunds for cancelled or failed consultations follow the policy in your booking details.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Liability
DAWINI is provided as a platform. Medical advice is the practitioner's professional responsibility, not ours. To the maximum extent permitted by Algerian law, we exclude liability for indirect damages.
